STUMBLE ACROSS THE MACDONALD SKATING RINK



Dust off your old skates and go for a date at an indoor skating rink! The cost for adults is $3.50, while if you’re a McGill student, you can get in for FREE!(proof requested) Share your skating skills with your date while conversing around the track! And- if you’re lucky, sometimes they play some music! How romantic!

SHARE A MOCHA IN CAFÉ TWIGS



After a nice stroll along the boardwalk in St-Annes, head into Café T.W.I.G.S to enjoy an incredible menu of goodies. From backed goods, to sandwiches, soups and any kind of coffee you can imagine, get to know your date in this quaint gem. Surrounded by art, colorful interior design and a hint of jazz background music, this place is the quintessential date location.

ACQUIRE A LOVE FOR THE ARTS IN STEWART HALL’S ART GALLERY



The Art Gallery in Stewart Hall houses just about 10 exhibitions every year, with a variety of pieces exploring all different styles of art. The FREE ADMISSION gallery is known for the diversity of its exhibits, displaying the work of many local artists as well as international ones, which is guaranteed to spark a conversation between you and your date. After exploring the gallery, you can go into the backyard of the hall, which has one of the prettiest views from the West-Island.

GET LOST IN YOUR BOOK TOGETHER IN CHAPTERS POINTE-CLAIRE



After a bite to eat and some shopping at Fairview, why not head across the street to Chapters Pointe-Claire, where you can each talk about your favorite genres of books, and authors. With endless aisles to choose from- you’ll bound to get lost in conversation and pages. Once you and your date find an ideal book, you can take the escalator upstairs to Starbucks and read over a nice coffee.
